Ingredients:

  • 3-4 slices Rotella’s Marble Rye Bread (2 Cups Crumbs)
  • 1 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1.5 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 T Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 Cup Italian Parsley
  • 2 T Basil
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan
  • 1 T Chili Flakes
  • 1 T Salt

Instructions:

Cube slices of marble rye bread. Place bread cubes in food processor and process until crumbs. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, just until incorporated. Portion onto oiled or parchment paper lined sheet tray. Bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 F.
