Lightly toast 2 slices of Rotella #209 Sour Dough Reuben. Top with field greens, freshly sliced tomatoes, and thickly sliced avocado. Toss sprouts in extra virgin olive oil and place on top. This will please any health food junky.
Thinly slice and marinate zucchini, yellow squash, orange peppers and red onions in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and minced thyme. Grill vegetables until tender. Layer vegetables on a sliced Rotella #776 Ciabatta Line Bun with some sliced tomatoes and sliced fresh mozzarella. Start with either #391 Rotella’s Sour Banquet Rolls or #771 Italian Banquet Rolls, carefully slice just until hinged. Roast a prime rib until medium rare or an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
